
Seagrass offers a fresh Santa Barbara Coastal Cuisine fine dining experience. They believe our ‘coastal’ living experience is deserving of celebration, and care deeply about procuring the highest quality ingredients available and are fortunate to have access to a superior local bounty. Sonoma Lamb, Farmer’s Market produce and Santa Barbara Spiny Lobster are just a few of the treasures that make their ‘coastal cuisine’ special. Being a charter member of the Sustainable Seafood Program, all of their seafood, fish and shellfish are drawn from the Pacific Ocean. They work closely with the Farmer’s Market to ensure all of their produce is of the highest quality, local and organic whenever possible and hope you’ll notice the freshness. All of their menu items are created with wine in mind – nothing too delicate or too spicy to not work with a variety of wines. The ambience at Seagrass was designed to be incredibly easy on the eyes and ears. Beautiful seagrass wall coverings, plantation shutters and white wainscoting are enjoyed in luxurious chairs, while high vaulted ceilings and carpet underneath keep the noise level to a comfortable hum.
