Scarlett Begonia, one of the newer Santa Barbara restaurants, is serving up a 3 course seasonal tasting menu that changes every Sunday. The tasting menu includes bottomless mimosas, coffee, tea, and an espresso drink for a cost of $39 per person. Typically, they do not take reservations, but they do accept reservations for this special menu. This July 8, the menu will be salmon and lox (chef’s way), warm asparagus salad (eggs 63 degrees, hazelnut, lardo, summer truffle and parmesan) and air cake (melons, berries and lemon thyme).
