Maggies restaurant where State & A used to be is set to open the first week of August. In speaking with the owner Maggie Schuler yesterday, she and her husband are very excited to finally be able to open the doors and welcome their friends and soon to be friends to a Santa Barbara restaurant that has been significantly upgraded.
